Proper selection of location ensures good value in real estate. But for developers, a product strategy to create value goes beyond location. When this land was acquired in 2018 for Magnolia Ridge, our objective was to develop a community that creates attainably priced homes, in an area surrounded by higher priced homes to ensure good price appreciation for our Buyers. We managed to do this by building a “hybrid” home which gains the economic benefit of a shared wall like a town home. But with windows on three sides of every unit –– more like a single family home.

Plenty of shopping and two Publix supermarkets are located just minutes from our community. Nearby, Historic Downtown Stuart offers restaurants, bars, theatres and museums as well.
